Phone survey in the USA, LG Cell Phone Most Satisfy

LG Electronics of South Korea ranked first in customer satisfaction surveys of traditional mobile phone users in the U.S. for the third time in succession. LG Electronics received the highest score on a scale of 729 points in 1000 Traditional Wireless Mobile Phone Evaluation Study released by JD Power and Associates, a marketing information services company.

Media inilah.com, Monday, April 5, released, that a survey conducted on 13,590 U.S. consumers who have used cell phones for more than two years. They evaluated the overall satisfaction by measuring four key factors, namely ease of operation, physical design, features, and battery function.

The Korean electronics company obtained a perfect score 5 points in all evaluation factors and beat its rivals three times in a row, the two surveys follow the same poll last year, according to a recent survey conducted from July to December last year. Sanyo Electric Co. of Japan in second place with 712 points, followed by Samsung Electronics Co. of South Korea with 703 points. (Int)
