Form will then appear for selecting the data to be transferred. Suppose if you will transfer your Address Book data / phonebook will stay selected / checked the Address Book option, then click Ok. - Select Microsoft Outlook, then click the next button. - Select the type of synchronization: synchronization of data from the computer, from a BlackBerry or a combination thereof. After that click next. - Later in the confirmation window, click next. Then click FINISH. - Please confirm once again the process of what else you want to do re-synchronized and the above process. - If you are finished click Synchronize in the top left, then click the Synchronize again. Click Accept if it appears notification and wait the process to complete. You will see the phonebook outlook on your BlackBerry.
